It is with a great deal of pleasure that I share the experience that I have had with Paragi Shah working my student-athletes. My relationship with her began when she was recommended highly by several friends in the business. I heard about her passion and knowledge for strength and conditioning. I admired the way the individuals/teams she worked with had success. From those days on the relationship has grown into one of respect and gratitude. Paragi is a very positive person and helped this program achieve success in 2013.
Paragi came to Catholic University and I was instantly impressed with her professionalism and desire to improve the young men. She is a likeable and communicates well with those she works with. She developed our young men in her class she taught on campus and I saw improvement in their conditioning like never before.
