It is with a great deal of pleasure that I share the experience that I have had with Paragi Shah working my student-athletes. My relationship with her began when she was recommended highly by several friends in the business. I heard about her passion and knowledge for strength and conditioning. I admired the way the individuals/teams she worked with had success. From those days on the relationship has grown into one of respect and gratitude. Paragi is a very positive person and helped this program achieve success in 2013.
Paragi came to Catholic University and I was instantly impressed with her professionalism and desire to improve the young men. She is a likeable and communicates well with those she works with. She is hard working, understanding and totally focused on the team success. She developed our young men in her class she taught on campus and I saw improvement in their conditioning like never before. She is a polite and dedicated person of high character, which serves to motivate our young men too. Her work ethic and attention to detail were big keys to our championship season.
Paragi has a great rapport with our players. She is a person who goes above and beyond what is asked. Paragi has had a profound impact on our program. She is a leader who helped our players achieve greatness!
I would highly recommend her to anybody looking to improve themselves or their team in the areas of strength, conditioning and nutrition. She is the best we have worked with in those areas.

“I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the results of Coach P’s workouts with my team! To a man, all my players said they were much more fit and ready to go! The pre-season workouts with Coach P played a very big part in our season record of 23-6, Division Championship, NCAA Tournament second round, and national ranking.
Thanks Coach P, we are really looking forward to next year. I would highly recommend Paragi, LLC to anyone who wants and needs a high level of sports specific training.”

“Coach P was great for our women’s basketball program at Bowie State University. She added a level of intensity that elevated the players mental approach to conditioning which allowed for maximum performance on the court. She improved our speed and agility while challenging players to be their best.
The variety of techniques used to reach maximum potential made workouts exciting, interesting and fun at times. Her attention to detail, knowing her craft and persistence for excellence made it easy for the players to believe in her and her program. Coach P is a great motivator and definitely made a difference in our strength and conditioning program. We look forward to next season.”

“Paragi Shah has been the primary strength and conditioning coach for our girl’s varsity basketball team for the past 6 years. In that time I have seen a dramatic increase in our girls stamina, strength, and overall athletic confidence. Over the past 4 years our team has played in 4 consecutive WCAC conference championship games, winning twice. We have also won three straight Bishop Walsh Tournament titles and have been consistently ranked in the top 15 in the national high school basketball polls.
The girl’s work with Paragi in the weight room, on the track, and in the gym has been a major contributor to the success the program has seen over this time. Paragi is a major motivator, inspiring teacher, and knowledgeable resource for nutrition education and ACL injury prevention. If you are looking for someone to give your team and program an edge, Paragi is just the person to do it!”

“Paragi Shah has been working with the Eleanor Roosevelt basketball program for the past 8 years. In those 8 years our players have received top of the line, basketball-specific physical training that has allowed us to be one of the most successful basketball programs in the State of Maryland. This past season it culminated in a Maryland 4A State Championship and Paragi had a huge role in that success.
Paragi’s team workouts push our players physically and each year there is a noticeable change in each player’s physique and athleticism. However almost as important to me is how she pushes our team mentally – I have seen the players confidence grow after working out with Paragi.
Finally, I really appreciate how she goes above and beyond for our players with things such as nutrition guides, injury prevention, and injury rehabilitation.”

“As a strong and respected female presence, Coach P made an instant connection and immediate impact with my U9 Girls Travel soccer team. At the start of the season, we were struggling to be first to the ball, exhibit proper running form, and with overall quickness. Coach P listened to my goals for training and incorporated them into an 8 week plan focused on the needs of my players. This training helped give my players an edge over the competition, and inspired them to unlock their true potential. Coach P’s training turned our season around and we even won our first Tournament Championship. Thank you Coach P!”

“Paragi strength and conditioning brings a new, exciting and energetic approach to athletic training. She pushes for maximum effort and demands it from every participant. Seeing trainers in the past that throw cones out, yell and scream with no substance, it is refreshing to see Coach P having demanding presence, patience and wonderful knowledge of staying fit and enjoying the practice of staying fit.
If you want results for players of any age or gender I highly recommend Paragi Strength and Conditioning.”
